1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on aec44, logging into an existing account, placing any bet or wager, participating in any game, making any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms are presented in English and shall be interpreted solely in English. No translation of these Terms into any other language creates a binding obligation on aec44; in the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. aec44 takes underage gambling seriously and will immediately close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet this age requirement. Any funds held in such accounts will be returned minus any winnings obtained.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Restriction

Each individual may hold only one active account on aec44. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aec44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in cases of confirmed multi-accounting.

4 Account Registration

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. aec44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to enhance security. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aec44 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

4.4 Account Security Notifications

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aec44 Support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. aec44 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Verification Requirement

All aec44 accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. aec44 may also require KYC verification at the time of registration, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or at any point at the Platform's sole discretion.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aec44. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain a collective advantage;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity;
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or reproducing any part of the Platform's software, design, or content;

10 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of aec44's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aec44 and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings;

aec44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

aec44 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, payment processing, and service improvement. aec44 does not sell personal data to third parties.
